Description:

David Malpica is currently the lab's resident expert in 3D graphics and 3D printing for education. He holds a Masters of Arts in Education with an emphasis on Learning, Design and Technology. In the past, he has been a 3D computer graphics artist and designer and has over fifteen years of graphic, industrial and interactive design technology experience. At the lab he spends his time making things in 3D, maintaining the 3D platforms and curriculum, giving workshops and assisting with research. He is also a proud and active Colombian-American, cyclist, art and design geek, and a Tai-Chi wannabe.
